Final morning sessions completed and I'm spending the weekend here, before five weeks of no sun working in UK 😅😅

Very enjoyable and entertaining afternoon, catching up with Warrior's Heart Academy people at a sports and fitness event in Manikata!

I was expecting to take more photos but ended up getting involved...which was far more enjoyable 😅

The event was co hosted by GRIPT who are a new PT fitness business based in Manikata. Nice people who know what they are doing, very keen and certainly worth getting in touch if you live locally ✌️🥊🥊🥊

As my life is virtually perfect atm, probably good to balance it out with a bit of an educational moan 🤓

Admittedly I'm not qualified but generally if you take rocks from the middle/bottom of a wall, it will fall down...it's how they work 🤷‍♂️

If the wall falls down they will close the area, I'm inconvenienced and my near perfect world changes 🙄

Engage brain if you can or get abuse, if you can't...first option is better for everyone🙏🥊🥊🥊

Another busy week ended perfectly and with just two weeks before my break and demand decreasing, I will now be mornings only until I go away 🙏

I can appreciate it looks like I'm now on an 8 week holiday but it's really not. I'll be working in London for most of it and can assure you, that there's no time for sightseeing 😅

With it getting hotter, no current evening memberships and a very busy month ahead, I'm just chilling while I can 😇

Somehow despite the drinking bit lasting less than two hours, today marks 11 years since I officially left the UK!

Obviously I love it here, I've had all sorts of fun and only regret that I didn't come here sooner ✌️🥊🥊🥊

Chris will definitely be there doing the kickboxing at 3pm and I will be popping along to help, as the beaches will be crazy 😅
