Last week the President of the Eastern Regional Council Mr. Anthony Chircop had the opportunity to meet with Vice President of the Aquatic Sports Association of Malta Mr. David Bonello to present the token of participation in honor of our collaboration last September for the Swimming Festival event!🏊

🌟 A heartfelt 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔 to all twelve Local Councils and the incredible sports clubs across the Eastern Region! 🏆 Your unwavering participation and dedication made this year's sports program an absolute success.

We're immensely grateful to those who believed in our cause and provided additional funds, enabling us to expand our events and further promote the importance of sports in our communities. 🌟🏅

A special thanks goes to ACES Europe for believing in our vision and granting us the prestigious title of 'European Region of Sports 2023.' This recognition is a testament to our collective efforts in promoting sports and wellness.

⚽️Ta' Xbiex Sports Club emerged as the champions of the inaugural 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝗽 🏆. Congratulations to them, as well as to the runners-up, Swieqi United FC, and Rocca Santo Stefano, who traveled from Rome to participate in this International Triangular Tournament, a part of the European Region of Sports 2023 activities. Gratitude is extended to the collaborating local councils whose efforts made this event a reality.
