🎖🎖🎖THREE OUT OF THREE ON FIRST DAY OF EOTVOS CUP 🏆

Our girls won their second and third matches of their Group C commitments of the Eötvös Cup/Eötvös Kupa nemzetközi röplabdatorna, against Slovakian side Presov and Serbian side OK Kikinda respectively, with the identical score of 2-0. This means that the girls 👧 have won all three of their matches to finish at the top of their group.

Tomorrow the team will proceed to play their next round match against Hungarian side Szentes at noon. Good luck girls and coaches!!

✨️U18s OFF TO HUNGARY🇭🇺🏐✨️

Swieqi Phoenix Volleyball will be represented by our U18 team at the 30th edition of the Eötvös Cup Eötvös Kupa nemzetközi röplabdatorna. The tournament, which will feature 26 teams from Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia, England, Finland and Malta, will take place between the 21st and 23rd August in the city of Debrecen in Hungary. This is our club's eighth participation in the Cup, which we won in 2023.

The team's participation in the Eotvos Cup is being facilitated by our travel partners Planit Travel Services Planit Travel Services. The team is supported by EY Malta.

✨️ GIRLS' OPPONENTS IN FIRST ROUND OF EÖTVÖS CUP ANNOUNCED 🇭🇺 🏆

Our girls will be facing tough opposition from Serbia, Belgium and Slovakia in Group C, in their first round of matches as part of the 30th Edition of the Eötvös Cup/ Eötvös Kupa nemzetközi röplabdatorna in the Hungarian city of Debrecen, next week.

This will be our club's eighth participation in this international tournament, which we won in 2023. This year's edition will see the participation of 26 teams from Hungary, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia, Finland, Austria, Belgium, England and of course Malta 🇲🇹.
