While many stayed indoors to escape the heat, our Shiro Judokwai team chose a different path.

At 37°C, our judoka pushed through strength drills, grip training, conditioning, coordination exercises and relentless hard work. Every drop of sweat represents another step towards becoming stronger, faster and more resilient.

Success in judo isn't built only by learning throws. It is forged through discipline, perseverance and the willingness to train when conditions are far from comfortable.

We don't train because it's easy. We train because challenges build champions.
