Train Transform Thrive Life has blessed me to chase a dream and help others in the process.

Training is personalized and is based on cardio, high interval intensity training, strength and conditioning to try and avoid injuries during training. I understand that it may not be an easy ride but I promise to make sessions as fun and varied as possible!

Fitness has never been just about workouts.

Last night, our T52Fitness community came together for dinner and a game of bocci. What started as people joining a class has grown into friendships, laughter, support, and a family.

Moving your body is important, but so is connecting with others. Strong bodies, healthy minds, positive energy, and people who lift each other up—that's what T52Fitness is all about.

If you're over 40, your goal shouldn't be to weigh less—it should be to become stronger.
Here's what your body really needs:
- Lift weights 3–4 times a week.
- Gradually increase the weight you lift.
- Prioritise protein at every meal.
- Don't fear carbohydrates—they fuel your body and your workouts.
- Sleep well and allow your body to recover.
- Walk every day.
- Focus on what your body can DO, not just how it looks.
- Measure progress by your strength, energy and confidence—not just the number on the scale.
The strongest version of you isn't defined by a dress size. It's defined by how you move, how you feel, and how you live.

If your wife or partner seems "different" lately, she may be navigating perimenopause.
It's not "just hormones."
It's brain fog. Poor sleep. Joint pain. Anxiety. Mood changes. Weight gain. Low energy. Feeling like she's lost herself.
Instead of saying: "Calm down."
Try: "How can I help?"
Sometimes understanding is the best medicine.

This transition can affect far more than hormones. It can impact sleep, mood, confidence, joints, memory, energy levels, libido and even body composition.
The most powerful thing you can do isn't to fix it.
It's to understand it.
Sometimes replacing: "Calm down." with "How can I support you?"
can make all the difference.

I've realised that the reason most people start exercising isn't the reason they keep going.
At first, it's often about weight loss.

But over time, it becomes about having the energy to do more, staying independent, feeling stronger, and moving through life with confidence.

This simple full-body workout targets:
- Legs and glutes
- Core stability
- Upper-body strength
- Balance and coordination
- Cardiovascular fitness

Complete 3–5 rounds, rest as needed, and add a 15–30 minute brisk walk before or after.
