Overseas Cricket Club Malta

Last week the Overseas Cricket Club was enrolled with the Office of the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations. As the club has always operated entirely as a non-profit voluntary organisation, enrolling with the .malta has been a prerequisite to getting onto the official Register for Sport Persons as required by AIMS - Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport

Club Chairman Christo Viljoen and Club Secretary Iwan Stasch collected the certificate at the OCVO offices on Friday. The club would like to thank its committee and especially Iwan, who took the lead on the club’s application and put in many hours to make sure all the paperwork was correct and all the required boxes were ✅

There’s a great deal of behind the scenes admin that takes place to keep a cricket club moving forward and without the efforts of someone like Iwan, the club would not be able to play cricket! Iwan, you are one of the heartbeats of the club, your dedication to OCC is special and we appreciate all you do!
