Yoga for Self-love : A Half-Day retreat 🪷🩷 After receiving such incredible feedback after our event last February, we are BACK with the second edition of our event on the 9th of May ☺️🩷

A slow, nourishing morning created especially for rest, softness, and reconnection 🪷 This retreat is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and gift yourself a few hours of deep care and presence.

What the morning will include:

🦋 Gentle Yoga flow with Martha
🦋 Tea & coffee break
🦋 Aerial Yoga with Abigail
🦋 Brunch
🦋 Giveaway and goodie bags
🧖🏽‍♀️ Optional free time to use the hotel spa (indoor pool, sauna, steam room)
