Your body isn't broken. It's asking for something different.

Perimenopause can start as early as 35. The exhaustion, the stubborn weight, the mood swings, the 3am wake-ups — these aren't signs you're falling apart. They're signs your hormones are shifting. And that shift needs a completely different approach.

Inside the guide: You'll finally understand WHY your symptoms are happening.

The Survival Guide walks you through the most common perimenopause symptoms and explains — in simple, human language — what your body is actually trying to tell you. No jargon. No overwhelm.

A daily check-in that changes everything.
I teach every client the S.H.M.E.C. method — rating your Sleep, Hunger, Mood, Energy, and Cravings daily. It's the fastest way to understand your patterns and stop guessing what your body needs.

The shift from fighting your body → listening to it.

Most women in perimenopause are still trying harder — more restriction, more exercise, more discipline. The guide introduces a completely different lens: regulation over restriction. Rest as a tool, not a reward.

Your body might not be “broken” — it might be asking, “Am I safe?” 🧠✨

And this matters SO much in perimenopause.

When your nervous system is constantly receiving signals of stress, pressure, overwhelm, under-fuelling, over-exercising, poor sleep or never truly switching off, your body can start operating from a place of survival rather than safety.

And when your body doesn’t feel safe, perimenopause symptoms can feel LOUDER.

🔥 More hot flashes
😴 More disrupted sleep
⚡ More fatigue and energy crashes
🧠 More brain fog
😤 More irritability and mood changes
🍫 More cravings
⚖️ More difficulty managing your weight
💓 More feelings of anxiety or being “on edge”

Sometimes the answer isn't to push harder, exercise more or try to control your body even more.

Sometimes the first step is teaching your body that it is safe enough to soften, recover, regulate and respond differently.

This is a huge part of the work I do with women.

I help women move from stress → safety
from survival → regulation
from fighting their bodies → understanding them
and from feeling like their body is working against them → becoming the CEO of themselves again. 👑

Because your body isn't your enemy.

It has been communicating with you all along.
You just need to learn how to listen. 🤍

If you're navigating perimenopause and feel like your symptoms are getting louder, this is exactly the kind of work we explore together.

Your body doesn't need more punishment. It needs more safety.

That number on the scale does NOT define who you are as a person!

Stop trying harder at the thing that isn't working.
Start listening to what your body is actually asking for.
That's what we do inside SERENE.

You've been trying harder for years. 💛
What if the problem isn't your effort — but the whole approach?

The women inside SERENE don't lose weight through willpower. They heal their hormones. And their body responds.

Weight loss → self-trust.
Restriction → regulation.
Pressure → FREEDOM.

DM me SERENE and let's talk. 💛

Stress is part of life.

We can't always control when it shows up...
But we can control how we respond to it.

And that's where the magic happens.

When you're in perimenopause, your body is already navigating hormonal changes. Add daily stress on top—work, family, relationships, the mental load—and your nervous system can start living in a constant state of "go, go, go."

The good news?
You don't need an hour-long meditation or a weekend away to make a difference.

Just 2–3 minutes of intentionally slowing down can help lower cortisol, regulate your nervous system, and send your body one powerful message:

💛 "You are safe."

Those small moments may seem insignificant, but they add up.
Every deep breath.
Every walk outside.
Every stretch.
Every moment you choose to pause instead of push.

You're teaching your body that it doesn't have to stay in survival mode.
Remember, it's not about eliminating stress—because that's impossible.
It's about building the resilience to recover from it, one small habit at a time.

She said: "I feel like I'm failing my own body."

You're not failing. Your body is communicating — and this guide will help you finally understand what it's saying.

DM me GUIDE and I'll send it straight to you. 💛
