🇲🇹 Another day to be proud of for Mosta Cycling Club! 💙❤️

Three of our riders finished inside the Top 10 at the Malta National Championships Elite Men's ITT – a result we're incredibly proud of.

👏 7th – Andrew Caruana

👏 9th – Etienne Cutajar

Their dedication, consistency and hard work continue to pay off, and it was fantastic to see three Mosta jerseys competing amongst Malta's very best.

A special shout-out also goes to Aidan Buttigieg for another excellent ride. As the coach of our High Performance Academy, Aidan continues to lead by example and inspire the next generation of cyclists.

Congratulations also to the winner Andrea MIFSUD 🇲🇹 🇫🇷 on another great performance. It's always encouraging to see Maltese riders competing at such a high level and continuing to make Malta proud both locally and internationally.

Well done to everyone who took to the start line and to all those who make days like these possible.

What an incredible way to bring another Mosta Cycling Academy season to a close! 💛❤️💙

Today wasn't just our final session—it was a celebration of everything we've achieved together this year. These photos tell the story of our Academy better than words ever could.

At one end, we have Michael, just 3 years old, discovering the joy of riding a bike. At the other, Nicholas, 16 years old, continuing to grow as a cyclist, role model and teammate.

From tiny balance bikes to confident young riders, our Academy is proof that cycling is for everyone. Every child starts somewhere, and every journey matters.

A huge thank you goes to our dedicated coaches, supportive parents, volunteers, and most importantly, our amazing young cyclists. Your enthusiasm, determination and smiles are what make this Academy so special.

This season may be over, but the journey is only just beginning.

A huge congratulations to Sasha Cini, who proudly represented Malta at the Special Olympics Deutschland National Games 2026 in Berlin, competing in the Open Water 500m races.

Sasha's dedication, determination, and passion for sport continue to inspire us all. Representing your country on the international stage is a remarkable achievement, and we are honoured to celebrate this special moment with you.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Coach Winston Pirotta for his unwavering dedication to Maltese sport and to the development of our athletes. His commitment, guidance, and support continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of so many athletes, helping them reach their full potential and achieve success on both the national and international stage.

🚵‍♂️ MCC Riders Take on HERO Dolomites 🚵‍♂️

Last weekend, Caruana Andrew and Jeffrey Borg proudly represented Mosta Cycling Club at the prestigious HERO Südtirol Dolomites MTB marathon in Italy.

Widely regarded as one of the toughest mountain bike races in the world, the event challenged riders with 86km of racing and 4,500m of climbing through the spectacular Dolomite mountains.

Andrew delivered an excellent ride, finishing in 6:48:54 and placing 82nd out of 377 riders, while Jeffrey showed great determination and resilience to take on one of cycling's most demanding events.

Completing HERO Dolomites is an achievement in itself, and we are proud of both riders for representing MCC on the international stage.

🏔️🚴 Legends!

A huge congratulations to our own Clive Bugeja Clive Bugeja and Mark Zammit for completing the La Stelvio Santini Granfondo last weekend in Bormio.

The Stelvio is a climb every cyclist dreams of conquering, and they did it in style. 👏👏👏

Last week, .t.cutajar took on the challenge of the MediTerra Malta Tri at Majjistral Park, representing our club on the demanding off-road cycling course.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Malta's northern coastline, the event offered plenty of tough terrain, dust, climbs and heat — exactly the kind of challenge that tests both fitness and determination. 💪

We're proud to see Etienne out there flying the Mosta Cycling Club colours and taking on events beyond the usual race calendar. Well done, Etienne, and we look forward to seeing what challenge comes next! 🚴‍♂️🔥

A challenging day for the riders of Mosta Cycling Club who faced extremely tough and brutal racing conditions due to the heavy rain. 🌧️🚴‍♂️

Despite the conditions, the club celebrated two fantastic achievements with Raphael Buhagiar being crowned Under 12 ITT National Champion 2026 and Harry Carmont being crowned Under 16 ITT National Champion 2026. All our cyclists showed incredible courage, determination and fighting spirit throughout the day. 💛💙❤️
