🌍 Summer Intensive Series | The Royal Ballet School 🇬🇧🩰

This summer, we were so proud to see five of our Seed dancers take part in The Royal Ballet School Summer Intensives, each having their own unique experience.

✨ Mila returned to the Summer Intensive after receiving a Direct Entry Award, and experienced boarding at White Lodge for the first time. A special highlight was being named Boarder of the Week, recognising her kindness, leadership and contribution to boarding life.

✨ Deva attended her first Royal Ballet School Summer Intensive and loved every moment at White Lodge. She particularly enjoyed repertoire and loved sharing the experience with friends while making many new ones along the way.

✨ Piper also attended the Summer Intensive for the first time, enjoying a week of ballet, repertoire, jazz, contemporary and creative classes. Her first boarding experience at White Lodge was another highlight, along with meeting dancers and making new friends.

✨ Lisa attended the Summer Intensive at Covent Garden, with the incredible opportunity to take classes on the stage of the Royal Opera House. She also enjoyed making new dance friends and watching her fellow Seed dancers at their end-of-course demonstration at White Lodge.

✨ Sasha returned to The Royal Ballet School after receiving a Direct Entry Award for 2026. This was her first time boarding at White Lodge, where she enjoyed every moment and shared the experience with fellow Seed dancers.

We are incredibly proud of all five dancers and the dedication they continue to show throughout their dance journeys. 💚🩰

✨ We are so proud to share that Julia Curmi placed 2nd in the auditions for the Malta Visual and Performing Arts School! 🩰

A wonderful achievement and another exciting milestone in Julia’s dance journey as she continues to work towards her goals and pursue her passion for dance.

Congratulations, Julia! We are so proud of your hard work, dedication and perseverance. 💚

🌍 Summer Intensive Series | ŻfinMalta 🇲🇹🩰

This summer, Lenya Vella was awarded a full scholarship to attend the ŻfinMalta X Dancehive Summer Intensive (16+) after submitting a solo audition video. Over the week, she trained alongside ŻfinMalta company dancers, taking daily classes in ballet, contemporary and yoga, as well as learning repertoire from the company’s 2025/26 season.

The experience gave Lenya the opportunity to explore new contemporary styles and movement qualities, broaden her artistic versatility, and gain insight into the creative and rehearsal process of a professional company. She also took part in a Q&A with the Artistic Director and company dancers, exploring choreography, auditions and careers in dance, while meeting dancers from around the world.

Ruby Rapa, Christina Marie Aquilina, Alex Cremona and Gig Baldacchino, also took part in this year’s ŻfinMalta Summer Intensive, enjoying the opportunity to train, explore new styles and learn alongside other young dancers.

We are so proud of all dancers for making the most of these wonderful opportunities and continuing to challenge themselves, learn and grow through dance. 💚🩰

Summer Intensive Series | The Royal Ballet School 🇬🇧🩰

This summer, Ida Pace had the opportunity to attend The Royal Ballet School Summer Intensive in London. ✨

For Ida, the experience was a wonderful opportunity to experience what life at The Royal Ballet School is really like, while receiving training from an exceptional faculty of teachers.

Alongside the dancing, Ida loved reconnecting with friends, making new ones, and creating so many special memories throughout the intensive.

We are so proud of Ida and all the hard work that led her to this incredible opportunity. 💚🩰
