Dear Residents, AllStars Fitness will be conducting a one-off kids / teens fitness class, Muv Junior (Muv/JR), on 13 Nov 2021 (Sat). Muv/JR is a 60-min, energetic and fun class targeting to help adolescents get more active, and to move better through simple, k-pop inspired dance moves, as well as some fast-and-furious shadow boxing/kicking. No prior experience in dance or martial arts required! The Muv/JR class will be conducted by our group exercise instructor, Iris.

We will be conducting 2 classes for 2 separate age groups:

Group 1 (7yr – 10yr): 3pm – 4pm
Group 2 (11yr – 13 yr): 4pm – 5pm

Date: 13 Nov 2021 (Sat)
Fees: 10,000ks per class per participant
Venue: AllStars Fitness Studio

As we have a limit of only 10 participants for each class, booking will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. All Stars Fitness will reopen on 7 Aug 2021 (Saturday). We will be operating daily from 6:00am to 9:00pm.

As the pandemic continues, there is a need for everyone to be extra mindful when using the gym facilities. The following terms & conditions apply:

- All users are to strictly adhere to wearing of face masks while in the gym, even when exercising.

- A maximum of 6 users will be allowed in the gym floor at any one time, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

- Each member is entitled for only 1 check-in a day, and limited to 90 minutes per workout.

- All classes are suspended till further notice.

Exercising helps in boosting immune system and mental health. However, please do so responsibly as a member of our community.

Sports Massage is a type of massage therapy which utilizes deep tissue techniques, with the aim of reducing muscular tension, discomfort and pain. Static Stretch is a therapist assisted, deep-stretching session. Almost everyone with muscle and joint tightness can benefit from this stretching 'workout', particularly those who remain seated for long hours throughout the day (at work), and those who frequent in sports like tennis, golf, basketball, football, etc. Our Static Stretch session will help to:
- Improve range of motion on joints
- Remove stiffness
- Reduce or remove pain caused by tightness
- Reduce risk of injury
- Feel refreshed and 'light' after the stretch
For first-timers, we will be conducting a quick flexibility assessment to determine the areas that require additional focus on.
One session is approximately 60 minutes and covers the entire body, with emphasis on areas that requires additional focus (after the assessment).
