SUNDAY OPEN MAT 🌊
Every Sunday, we open the mats for a full hour of free rolling, a chance to train with different partners, test your game, and simply enjoy jiu-jitsu.
• Gi & No-Gi
• IBJJF & AJP rulesets
• Sundays at 2PM
Fee for non-BIG WAVE members:
• White & Blue Belts — €15
• Purple & Brown Belts — €10
• Black Belts — FREE

SEMINAR WITH VLADIMIR BLIUM 🌊
Join us on August 20 for a seminar with Vladimir Blium.
Vladimir is currently competing at the highest international level and has every chance of becoming the first IBJJF World Champion from the post-Soviet region.
The seminar is open to adults and advanced kids. Gi only.
