« Le Café de Paris Monte-Carlo,
c’est une brasserie parisienne en terre méditerranéenne. » En quelques mots, Victor Marion, Chef du Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, résume l’esprit si particulier de la mythique brasserie monégasque dont il est maintenant le chef. Après des pérégrinations dans de belles maisons, le voici de retour à Monaco, prêt à écrire, avec sa brigade, le prochain chapitre d’un établissement de légende. For 150 years, it has been the beating heart of Monaco. Standing proudly on the Place du Casino, the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo is one of the legends of the Principality. An iconic brasserie where celebrities and artists, locals and visitors alike enjoy meeting up at any time of the day, whatever the occasion, to enjoy the art of living, a coffee, something sweet, or a meal to share. "Café de Paris Monte-Carlo is a Parisian brasserie on Mediterranean soil." In a few words, Victor Marion, Chef du Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, sums up the very special spirit of the legendary Monegasque brasserie of which he is now the chef. After wandering around the world, he's back in Monaco, ready to write the next chapter in the history of this legendary establishment. MODERATOR CHARTER - Café de Paris page

Crêpes Suzette, a story born at Café de Paris.
At the end of the 19th century, the Prince of Wales (the future King Edward VII) was dining herewhen a simple preparation unexpectedly caughtfire in the pan.
Rather than a mistake, it became a moment.
Charmed by both theflavour and the spectacle, the Prince asked for the dish to be named afterthe woman accompanying him that day.
Her name was Suzette.Today, the recipe lives on, still prepared andflamed before you.

From morning to late into the night.
Breakfast in the early light, a lunch on the terrace,a coffee, a pause, a moment that stretches into the afternoon.
As the day unfolds, it becomes an aperitif in the sun,a dinner upstairs, overlooking the Place du Casino, and a dessert that lingers a little longer.
And if, at 11 p.m., you want a «Angus Ribeye steak» out of a «Sole Meunière», you’ll stillfind it here.
At Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, every moment has its place.
