Same guy. Same 24 hours. Different choices.
In the first video he moves his body, fuels it right, shows up for himself every single day — not perfectly, but consistently.
In the other one, he waits. For Monday. For motivation. For “the right time.” But time doesn’t wait.
Your body keeps the score of every skipped workout, every processed meal, every night of poor sleep — silently, patiently, until it can’t anymore.
Health is not a luxury. It is not a phase. It is the foundation everything else is built on — your energy, your focus, your relationships, your work, your freedom.
You don’t have to be extreme. You don’t need to train twice a day or eat nothing but greens. You just need to start — and stay consistent.
The investment you make in your body today is the only one guaranteed to pay off for the rest of your life.
Don’t let the system decide when you start taking care of yourself.
You decide. Now!

Fitness är enkelt i teorin.
Resultat är något helt annat.
De flesta vet vad de “ska” göra.
Men väldigt få har ett system som faktiskt fungerar i deras liv.
Skillnaden ligger i detaljerna:
Individanpassning, progression, återhämtning och strategi över tid.
Det är där performance coaching börjar.

This is why you need a dedicated PT like me.
Those last two reps I push Nabil to complete? That’s because I can clearly see he’s capable—while he’s still hesitating. That’s the difference between training and real progression.
Here he’s grinding through a tough leg session built around squats, one of 3 exercises:
50 air squats
40 reps at 20kg
30 reps at 30kg
20 reps at 40kg
6–8 reps at 80–100kg
I also noticed something important—he had great overall posture, but was slightly lifting his heels. A small detail, but crucial. I had him take off his shoes and go barefoot… and instantly, his technique locked in perfectly.
That’s coaching. That’s attention to detail.
This is why you should have a PT—but more importantly, choose the right one.
