Bubista Appointed Head Coach of RS Berkane! 🇲🇦🇨🇻

After making history with the Cape Verde national team, Bubista has officially stepped down as head coach of the Blue Sharks and has been appointed as the new head coach of RS Berkane (Morocco), the 2025/26 Moroccan league runners-up and CAF Champions League semi-finalists, on a contract running until 2028.

Named Africa's Best Coach in 2025, Bubista closes an extraordinary chapter with Cape Verde, a position he held since 2020, leaving behind an outstanding legacy.

🏆 His Legacy with Cape Verde:
Guided the national team to two Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) appearances.
Secured the country's first-ever qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Led one of the biggest surprises of the tournament, earning impressive draws against eventual champions Spain and strong game against Argentina.

Established Cape Verde as one of Africa's most respected and competitive national teams.

Ricardo Formosinho appointed as the new Head Coach of FUS Rabat. 🇵🇹

A highly experienced Portuguese coach, Ricardo Formosinho has worked alongside José Mourinho as a member of his coaching staff at several top clubs, including FC Porto, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Fenerbahçe, and most recently Benfica.
As a head coach, Formosinho has built an impressive international career. He won the Sudanese Premier League with Al Hilal, led Modern Future in Egypt, competing in the Egyptian Super Cup, was crowned Bolivian champion with The Strongest, and gained valuable experience in the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores.
With extensive experience across Europe, Africa and South America, Ricardo Formosinho now begins a new chapter at FUS Rabat, bringing leadership, tactical expertise and an ambitious vision to the club.

Merci également aux intervenants et modérateurs pour la qualité des échanges, la pertinence des réflexions partagées, et leur volonté commune de faire avancer la structuration de notre profession sur le continent africain.
