Kristal Ice Figure Skaters Support Project
1. General Provisions
Starting from the 2026/2027 season, the Kristal Ice club introduces a new athlete support system.
The project has been created to support talented, hardworking, and перспективных club figure skaters who train regularly, participate in competitions, and achieve high athletic results.

2. Project Goals
The goals of the project are:
* to motivate athletes to develop and achieve high results;
* to support young club figure skaters;
* to promote discipline, dedication, and athletic growth;
* to help athletes prepare for the new season;
* to develop a competitive and healthy sports environment within the club.

3. Project Participants
Athletes from the Kristal Ice club who compete in the following sports groups and categories may participate in the project:
* Group A;
* Basic;
* Advanced;
* Junior;
* Senior.

4. Conditions for Receiving Support
Support is granted to athletes who demonstrate the best results at the end of the season according to the following criteria:
1. Results of two general physical fitness (OFP) assessments during the season.
2. Ranking points based on competition results.
3. Active participation in the training process.
4. Discipline, dedication, and a responsible attitude toward sports.

5. Ranking Points Allocation System
Athlete rankings are calculated based on competition results.
Points are awarded only if at least 6 athletes participated in the respective category.
The following points are awarded for placements:
* 1st place — 10 points;
* 2nd place — 5 points;
* 3rd place — 3 points.
The final ranking is determined by the total number of points earned during the season.

6. Types of Support
The club’s best athletes of the season may receive:
* financial support for summer preparation;
* a 50% discount for participation in two club summer camps in Riga;
* free sports equipment;
* sports equipment with a significant discount;
* additional bonuses from the club;
* partial compensation of expenses related to athlete preparation.

7. Additional Award
Athletes who win first place in three competitions during the season (provided that at least 6 participants competed in the category) receive exemption from the participation fee for the next competition.
The participation fee for these competitions is covered by the Kristal Ice club.

8. Summary of Results
Project results are summarized at the end of the sports season based on:
* competition results;
* the total number of ranking points;
* results of physical fitness assessments;
* the decision of the club’s coaching staff.
The Kristal Ice club reserves the right to approve the final list of athletes who will receive support.

9. Conclusion
The Kristal Ice Figure Skaters Support Project was created with the aim of helping young athletes develop, strive for high results, and feel the club’s support on their path to athletic achievements.
The Kristal Ice club believes that dedication, discipline, responsibility, and love for figure skating should be appreciated and supported.
The project may be supplemented and improved according to the needs of the club and athletes.
The club invites all interested parties, partners, and supporters who wish to make children’s sports life more interesting, diverse, and accessible for development to cooperate.
