Mana Mantra is 4 hours long yoga & mindfulness event where me and my beautiful colleague, Līga Vanaga (fitness trainer, dancer & photo&video maker) will offer you vinyasa yoga & yoga dance flow classes; breath work practice with focus on releasing and letting go and a winding down meditation time.

Mana Mantra mini-retreat is an opportunity to take a break and dive deep into yourself, your heart and your body while physically being located in the Heart of Old Town Riga.

Together we will create beautiful moment of a meeting with your authentic beautiful self, moment of inspiration, beauty, warmth, happinness and bliss. Moment of hearting the song of your heart.
