Those who orchestrated unauthorized exits from pasture into the neighbour meadow have to do a bit of corrective labour. And I do mean a cute mini with the face of a "my little pony" and the manners of an unmannered crocodile.

The controls and my seat need fine tuning, but the main thing we are all enjoying it!
another highlight of our Friday dressage tournament was Poker's dressage debut with two riders. a perfect dressage pony!

Kalla was arguably the star of our little dressage tournament, securing the second and the fifth place for her two riders. It's amazing to see how much energy, dedication and artistic expression a horse can demonstrate at the age of 25. she was clearly enjoying herself, making me really want to ride her in a dressage show. And let's not forget that she is blind, so her trust in her riders is truly amazing!

the first tournament at Kumeļi Equestrian club, and a dressage test at that! it was a fantastic experience, where all of our horses were able to participate, and the star was undoubtedly our oldest horse Kalla (see if you can spot her, she's wearing brown wraps).
many thanks to our excellent judge Elīna Rubene, who coached our team, designed the scheme and judged it so that everyone felt welcome!

levelling the arena for the ponycamp dressage test tomorrow - a good way to cut petrol expenses while giving Poker some exercise!
