A week in the Tribes.

On Saturday, we had our youngest participant ever…

As you can imagine seeing her, she didn’t train. She simply watched.

A few months old, sitting quietly while her parents joined the session.

What struck us was how calm, confident, and curious she was. She observed everything: the movement, the music, the energy, the encouragement, the smiles, the applause.

Then we remembered her story.

Her parents met at BarbarianTribes .

And during the pregnancy, they kept training together almost until the very last week before she was born.

For months, she experienced this environment before she even entered the world.

The rhythm of movement. The sound of people supporting each other and maybe also the feeling of being surrounded by a tribe.

So perhaps it is not surprising that she seemed completely at home on Saturday.

It made us wonder:

Who will she become at 13 or 20 years old?

What happens when a child grows up seeing her parents move their bodies, spend time outdoors, challenge themselves, and encourage others?

We often think training changes our bodies.

But maybe its greatest impact is the example it sets for the people watching us.

Especially the smallest ones.
