TEAM LOUIS IS BACK 💛🎗️

Last year, we were overwhelmed by how many volleyball and beach volleyball players from all across Luxembourg came together to support Louis and his family. 🏐💛 It showed us what the volleyball community can achieve when we stand together for something that goes far beyond our sport.

This year, we want to bring Luxembourg’s volleyball community together once again and show that our support is still there.

Volleyball has a special connection to the family: Laura was a passionate indoor and beach volleyball player, while Tim has discovered his own love for beach volleyball over the past few years. 🏐🏖️
And who knows — maybe one day little Louis will follow in their footsteps, step onto the court or the sand himself, and become one of Luxembourg’s future volleyball or beach volleyball stars. 🇱🇺💛

But for now, there is a far more important fight ahead. 🦁

And this fight is not only about Louis. It is about children and families everywhere who are facing childhood cancer. Every contribution helps support the fight against this disease and brings us one step closer to giving more children the future they deserve. 🎗️

Last Saturday, Beach de Lux proudly hosted the Women’s FLVB Lux Beach Tour Qualifier in Lintgen, bringing together 15 teams for a day full of exciting beach volleyball, great sportsmanship and fantastic summer vibes. 🙌

🔥 The battle for the top spots featured thrilling rallies, intense matches and some outstanding performances throughout the day.
🥇 Ruellan / Schaus ultimately claimed the tournament title after an impressive performance.
🥈 Picht / Kauka delivered a good tournament and deservedly finished as runners-up.
🥉 Lorang / Complak completed the podium after another strong and consistent performance.

⭐ A special mention goes to the young team Carillo / Koroglanoglou, who delivered an outstanding performance to finish in an excellent 5th place. Their result reflects the great potential of Luxembourg’s next generation of beach volleyball players and promises an exciting future for the sport. 🌟

💪 The tournament also gave several young players the opportunity to gain valuable experience at this level of competition. Facing some of Luxembourg’s strongest teams was an important learning experience and another step in their development.

🏆 With this event, Beach de Lux has successfully completed all of its Lux Beach Tour qualification tournaments for the 2026 season. We are now looking forward to the championship race and can’t wait to see which teams will secure one of the coveted Final 4 spots at the Luxembourg Beach Open in Esch/Alzette.

🎉 Save the date! On 29 August, we will celebrate 20 years of Beach de Lux with a special 4v4 Anniversary Tournament. More details will be announced very soon—we can’t wait to celebrate this milestone together! 🥳

— Men Tournament Results —

🏐☀️ The road to the 2026 Men’s Championship Finals has officially begun!

Last Saturday, the first qualification tournament of the season took place in Lintgen. Despite the mixed weather conditions 🌥️ and a highly competitive field of teams, spectators were treated to exciting matches, spectacular rallies, and high-level beach volleyball throughout the day. 🔥

🥇 Pavelka / Mangen claimed the tournament title after an impressive tournament run. Showing great consistency and a remarkable improvement from match to match throughout the day 📈, they delivered their strongest performance when it mattered most, securing the win in the final against 🥈 Fellinger / Baustert.

🥉 Third place went to Duch / Fischer, who came out on top in the bronze medal match against Schons / Sidorov.

👏 Another positive takeaway for Beach de Lux was seeing several teams training regularly at the club make it all the way to the semi-finals, highlighting the progress being made on and off the court. A special mention also goes to Schons / Sidorov, who managed to upset several higher-seeded teams along the way 💥.

💪 Right from the opening tournament, it became clear that many teams have put in the work during the off-season. The level of play was impressive, promising an exciting and highly competitive Lux Beach Tour ahead.

👀 Attention now turns to the upcoming qualification tournaments across the country. Which teams will rise to the challenge and secure one of the coveted spots in the Lux Beach Tour Finals?

🏆 The top four teams will earn the opportunity to compete on the big stage at the LBO in Esch at the end of July, in front of a fantastic crowd.

🚀 The season is underway, and we can’t wait to see what the coming weeks have in store. Great matches, passionate athletes, and the unique spirit of beach volleyball are back!

Hello beach players 🏐☀️

Just a quick message to let you know that the first training cycle has officially come to an end — and we would like to sincerely thank all participants for being part of it!

It was great to see the progress everyone made over the past weeks, and the registrations for Cycle 2 clearly show that the motivation is high 💪🔥

We also want to remind you that the courts will not be occupied by trainings for one week, which means they are fully available for free play during that time.

🗓️ Training sessions will start again on Monday, June 1st. We will also try to publish the training schedule on our homepage so you can always check when the courts are free to use. 🆓

As usual, there are no trainings on weekends, so the courts are normally open for everyone — unless a tournament is taking place. You can find our tournament schedule on our homepage. 🥇

Now it’s time for a one-week break — also for our coaches, who deserve a huge thank you for their amazing work throughout the first cycle 🙏

Due to the huge amount of registrations, we had to close sign-ups for Cycle 2 — temporarily, or possibly even permanently. 😳

We honestly don’t have the words to describe how grateful we are for all the interest and support ❤️
In less than 12 hours — basically overnight — the entire cycle was fully booked. 🤯

We are truly overwhelmed by this incredible response and want to thank every single one of you for the trust and motivation you bring to these trainings 💪🔥

We’ll now take some time to see whether it’s possible to reopen registrations again. If there are any updates, we’ll share them in our Instagram and Facebook stories 📲

🏐☀️ Dear beach volleyball players and enthusiasts,

Yesterday, our very first beach volleyball tournament of the year took place in Lintgen! Despite the mixed weather 🌦️ (fortunately, the rain stayed away for most of the day), we had an amazing atmosphere and were especially happy to welcome several new faces to the tournament 🙌

After an exciting final, Popova & Burlakov 🥇🏆 came out on top against the young and talented team Mangen-Boudot 🥈🔥
In the match for 3rd place, Sanchez & Blanch kept their cool under pressure and secured the final podium spot 🥉👏

As we’ve said times before, it’s fantastic to see so many young players joining our tournaments and contributing to the continued growth of beach volleyball in Luxembourg 🇱🇺💪 The level keeps improving, and you can already feel the progress during training sessions these first weeks of the season!
