Coming back restored after a weekend by sea, with nothing but nature and taking each day as it's unfolding.
Nothing to do, no plans for visits, yet the days were full and rich.
Loving yourself it is easier said than done, and to understand it, one has to be practicing loving kindness towards self and others.
It doesn't come in perfect shape or practices but it does always conquer negativity, pressure and the need to prove oneself.
How are you showing up in your loving practice towards self and others? What obstacles prevent you from seeing the world through the eyes of love instead of scarcity and fear?

How easy it's for you to take pause and just stay still in the midst of everything that wants you to keep pushing, moving, achieving and ticking off items from a list?
What could possibly emerge from that stillness, from that "unproductive" time spent, where you just allow yourself to be in your body, breathing, living, feeling, becoming?
Pauses are meant for a reason and sometimes it can mean just taking a few breaths in and out in a conscious and intentional way.

What does change mean to you?
Are we making any assumptions when we talk about change? And if so, how are they serving to learn how to go with the flow, rather than against it?
Perhaps we assume change means destabilization, losing identity, losing our sense of knowing, losing control.
Perhaps we assume change is always good, it bring progress.
Within the tension of these meanings we might unconsciously associate, we get rigid when life invites us to change. And we resist it. However, resisting it it's futile because it's an illusion that we can stop change.
What we can control is our response to change and modeling it into something that works for us.
Change it's like time. It's happening without us doing anything. Time still passes even if all your clocks stopped working.
So embracing change is not about blindly saying yes to it, but become aware of it and building within yourself the best response to it, that ensures not only survival, but also thriving and evolution.

Feeling ready is a feeling that comes after taking action and not feeling ready 😄
It's a bit of a paradox but the mind operates a lot based on proofs and evidence. So if your library is empty of evidence that you managed to do something successfully, your brain will do its best work to keep you stuck in not doing it and find many valid reasons (from the past) that it's not worth taking the risk.
Each time you take a new risk you expand your awareness and capabilities.
And the most important is to train your nervous system to be ok as well when you are outside of your comfort zone.
Meditations; visualizations, affirmations and actually moving your body are amongst the best to sooth your nervous system.
Because as much as you want to cognitively convince yourself that it's worth doing it, until your body has the same experience, you will be kept in a survival loop.
Overthinking it's the best way to fail because preparation without embodied belief won't take you far.

And if you believe you should be able to do it alone, learn that is an adaptive behaviour you picked up way before you realised because it was the only way to survive. But not anymore. Secure attachment and healthy adults do ask for help all the time, we have been created in union and we live and thrive in communities.

Nothing is created without the belief and self belief in your capacity to make it happen and that you have what it takes.
And the reason is simple: when you believe you can, your energy goes in figuring it out the resources, people, networks needed to bring into reality your project. That is massive to be able to be so focused.
When you don't believe you can do it, then a lot of energy will go in your inner experience and handling all those negative thoughts, imposter syndrome, bringing yourself to action. Because if you are not ok and you don't consider yourself capable, then indeed nothing is possible.
So look around, review your experience and see what happened when things worked out how you wanted and what happened when they didn't. What was your inner experience, your belief system?
Our thoughts shape our reality. You don't believe it? Just look around 🙂

Our biggest creations come when we allow the life process to unfold with no judgment or attachment.
Observing nature it's a good way of noticing that everything blossoms when conditions are optimal.
So it relies on the very basic premise that nature unfolds at its greatest potential when all processes are nurtured.
When we relate that to our human experience it could be by transforming worry, anxiety, helplessness, and self doubt into
questioning the environment and whether it offers what you need to blossom.
When you focus less on yourself and more on securing what is needed to feel supported just as you are
The conversation shifts from feeling not enough to asking:
Where do I feel at my best, effortlessly ?
Such that your efforts focus on creation and not on constantly adjusting yourself with no progress on your actual goals.
Put hard work into creating something meaningful and only when you are in a place that you feel good, regardless.
