I find beauty in how Movement can bring people together.
TOGETHER UNDER THE SAME SKY 🌍
I’m so happy to bring this idea to life.
Different countries. Different cultures.
One shared moment. One human connection.
Every month, on the last Sunday, we’ll meet online for 30 minutes of movement, breath and connection.
Just humans, from different corners of the world, sharing a healthy moment together.
Our first gathering

The more I learn about the body, the less I want to force it. 🤍
2026 has been a year full of learning, about life, and also about the body I get to live this life in.
I had the opportunity to deepen my understanding of the body and, particularly, the spine through two incredible learning experiences:
Yoga Anatomy, with my dear teachers at Yogalife Luxembourg Yogalife International | Yoga Teacher Training Vanmanshoven Nadine
, deepening my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and how these connect with yoga.
And Spine 360, with inspiring Érika Batista | Fisio da Dor , where I explored modern evidence around pain, pain education, spinal pathologies, manual therapy, somatic movement and pilates.
These learnings have been changing the way I look at movement.
A spine is not something to “fix”.
A body is not something to fight against.
It is something to understand, listen to and learn to work with.
For me, yoga is not about forcing the body into a shape.
It is about developing the possibility to move, strengthen, adapt and feel good in you.
I feel grateful to bring this knowledge into my own practice and into the way I teach.
More awareness.
More choice.
More trust.
More possibility to move through life.
And perhaps one of the most beautiful things about continuing to learn as a teacher is this:
the more I learn, the more curious I become.

Stories for the Soul · 01
Today, the village of Algoso in northern Portugal is celebrating its annual festival. Its hilltop castle reminds me of an old parable…
A king climbed to the castle and asked the elderly watchman:
“What is the greatest treasure you protect here?”
The king expected to hear: gold, weapons, or the crown. But the watchman smiled and replied:
“The greatest treasure is waking up one more day and watching the sunrise over these mountains.”
The king fell silent. He realized he had spent his life conquering more, while forgetting to be grateful for what he already had.

A gentle invitation for today: Pause and notice the treasure already present in your life.

MANTRA OF THE MONTH
Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu
"May all beings, everywhere, be happy and free."
This ancient Sanskrit mantra is a heartfelt wish for the well-being of all living beings.
It reminds us that yoga is not only about our own practice, but also about cultivating compassion, kindness, and connection with the world around us.
- A simple practice:
Take one slow breath.
Repeat the mantra silently once or three times.
Then pause and send this wish, to yourself, to someone you love, and to all beings everywhere.
- Reflection:
How can you bring a little more kindness into the world today?

August is bringing slow mornings, fresh air, ocean vibes, and beautiful moments together.
Here is our August calendar.
See you in the park... or together worldwide under the same sky.

My favourite office has no walls.😃
Fresh air. Birds singing. Grass beneath our feet.
Morning sunshine filtering through the trees.
The occasional dog happily passing by on the way to the park.
People out for a run, a walk, or simply enjoying the weekend.
And for 45 minutes, nature becomes our yoga studio. Every Saturday, I get to share this space in Bonnevoie. 💚

How do you want to feel this saturday morning?
There's something special about practicing beneath the trees.
The birds become the playlist. The breeze becomes part of the practice. The sunshine reminds us to look up.
Join us this Saturday for another morning of Chill Yoga.
