What a battle! 🎣🔥

This giant barramundi was caught deep inside the river and gave one of the hardest fights I've experienced. The fish made several powerful runs and tried to bury itself in the mangrove trees. With teamwork, patience, and great boat handling from my boatman and crew, we managed to keep the fish clear of the snags and finally land this trophy.
Caught on a baitcasting setup using a curly-tail soft plastic. Moments like these are what make fishing so addictive!
