We are absolutely thrilled to officially unveil the brand-new Shaheen Queens jersey, proudly designed and sponsored by Apparels!

The official launch was led by Mr. Irfan Ahamed, CEO of WearMe.lk - Brand Studio, alongside the incredible Shasmeen Suhail and Shamreen Suhail, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the team.

The event took place in on 18.06.2026

Shamreen Suhail proudly represented Al Hikma Junior School, Maruthamunai in the National Level - SLSCA Special Selection Tournament 2026 – Under 7 Girls category. Competing against many players who were already 7 years old, she demonstrated remarkable determination, confidence, and skill.

She finished 38th out of 161 players, scoring an impressive 4 out of 6 points in a highly competitive field.

This achievement reflects her hard work, dedication, and growing passion for chess. Every game was a valuable learning experience and another step forward in her chess journey.

மருதமுனை, அல் ஹிக்மா ஜூனியர் பாடசாலையினை பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தி ஷம்ரீன் சுஹைல், இலங்கை பாடசாலைகள் சதுரங்க சங்கத்தினால் நடாத்திய விசேட SLSCA Special Selection Tournament 2026 இன் 7 வயதிற்குட்பட்ட பெண்கள் பிரிவு சுற்றுப்போட்டியில் கலந்து கொண்டார்.

161 வீராங்கனைகள் கலந்து கொண்ட இப்போட்டியில், 6 சுற்றுகளில் 4 புள்ளிகளை பெற்று, 38ஆம் இடத்தை பிடித்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

இப்போட்டிகள் கண்டி பொல்கொல்லையில் ஜூலை 6,7 ஆம் திகதிகளில் நடை பெற்றமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

மாகாண மட்ட சதுரங்கப் போட்டிகளில் அசத்திய மருதமுனை அல்-ஹிக்மா மாணவிகள்: தேசியப் போட்டிக்குத் தெரிவு.

இலங்கை பாடசாலைகள் சதுரங்க சங்கத்தினால் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட மாகாண மட்ட சதுரங்கப் போட்டிகளில் கல்முனை வலயத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மருதமுனை அல்-ஹிக்மா கனிஷ்ட பாடசாலை மாணவிகளான சுஹைல் சகோதரிகள் பெரும் சாதனைகளைப் படைத்து, தேசிய மட்டப் போட்டிகளுக்குத் தெரிவாகியுள்ளனர்.

கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தின் அனைத்து வலய மட்டப் போட்டிகளிலும் வெற்றியீட்டிய மாணவர்களுக்கான இறுதிச் சுற்றுப் போட்டிகள் கடந்த ஜூன் 12, 13 மற்றும் 14 ஆகிய திகதிகளில் தெஹியத்தகண்டியில் நடைபெற்றன.

இதில், 6 வயதுப் பெண்கள் பிரிவில் போட்டியிட்ட ஷம்றீன் சுஹைல், தான் எதிர்கொண்ட 6 போட்டிகளிலும் தொடர்ச்சியாக வெற்றியீட்டி தங்கப் பதக்கத்தைச் சொந்தமாக்கியதுடன், மாகாண சாம்பியனாகவும் முடிசூடினார். அதேவேளை, 8 வயதுப் பெண்கள் பிரிவில் போட்டியிட்ட அவரது சகோதரியான ஸஸ்மீன் சுஹைல், 6 போட்டிகளில் 4 இல் வெற்றி பெற்று தேசிய மட்டப் போட்டிக்குத் தகுதி பெற்றுள்ளார். முன்னதாக நடைபெற்ற கல்முனை வலய மட்ட தகுதிகாண் சுற்றுப் போட்டிகளிலும் இவ்விரு சகோதரிகளும் எந்தவொரு போட்டியிலும் தோல்வியடையாமல் தங்கப் பதக்கங்களை வென்றிருந்தமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

ஸஸ்மீன் சுஹைல் அண்மையில் இலங்கை சதுரங்க சம்மேளனத்தினால் நடாத்தப்பட்ட கிழக்கு மாகாண மட்ட தேசிய இளைஞர் ரெபிட் சாம்பியன்ஷிப்பில் 8 வயதுப் பெண்கள் பிரிவில் தங்கப் பதக்கத்தையும், கிழக்கு மாகாண மட்ட தேசிய இளைஞர் பிளிட்ஸ் சாம்பியன்ஷிப்பில் வெண்கலப் பதக்கத்தையும் பெற்று, தேசிய மட்டப் போட்டிகளில் கிழக்கு மாகாணத்தைப் பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தவும் தகுதி பெற்றுள்ளார்.
இம்மாணவிகள் இருவரும் மென்பொருள் பொறியியலாளர் சுஹைல் ஜமால்தீன் - சீனதுல் றிப்கா தம்பதியினரின் புதல்விகளும், மர்ஹூம் சிரேஷ்ட பொலிஸ் அத்தியட்சகர் எச்.எல். ஜமால்தீன் அவர்களின் பேத்திகளுமாவர்.

பாராட்டு விழா

சதுரங்க விளையாட்டில் மருதமுனை மண்ணுக்கும் பாடசாலைக்கும் பெருமை சேர்த்த இந்த மாணவிகளைக் கௌரவிக்கும் விசேட பாராட்டு விழா, கடந்த 19.06.2026 அன்று மருதமுனை அல்-ஹிக்மா கனிஷ்ட பாடசாலையில் நடைபெற்றது.
பாடசாலை அதிபர் ஏ.எம்.ஷிரீன் தாஜ் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்ற இந்நிகழ்வை, பிரதி அதிபர் ஏ.கே.பரீஸ் அவர்கள் மிகச்சிறப்பாக ஒருங்கிணைத்திருந்ததுடன் பாடசாலையில் ஆசிரியர்கள் அபிவிருத்தி உத்தோகத்தர்கள் அனைவரும் சேர்ந்து ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தனர்.

இந்நிகழ்வில் கல்முனை வலயக் கல்வி அலுவலகத்தின் ஈ.பி.எஸ்.ஐ ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் ஹபீல் முஸ்தபா, பாடசாலையின் ஸ்தாபக அதிபர் எம்.எல்.எம்.மஃறூப், ஷம்ஸ் மத்திய கல்லூரி அதிபர் அல்ஹாஜ் எம். பி. ஏ. றாஜி, பாடசாலை அபிவிருத்தி நிறைவேற்றுக் குழுவின் செயலாளர் ஏ.எம்.எம்.றியாஜத் மற்றும் அதன் முன்னாள் செயலாளர் பி.எம்.அறபாத் ஆகியோர் சிறப்பு அதிதிகளாகக் கலந்துகொண்டு மாணவிகளை வாழ்த்திப் பாராட்டினர்.

தேசிய மட்டப் போட்டிகளில் பங்கேற்கவிருக்கும் சுஹைல் சகோதரிகள் இருவரும் அதிஉச்ச வெற்றிகளைப் பெற பாடசாலைச் சமூகம் மற்றும் ஊர் மக்கள் தமது வாழ்த்துகளையும் பாராட்டுகளையும் தெரிவித்து வருகின்றனர்.
