As with any club – we do have rules and etiquette that we ask members to follow. Re-rack your weights. Strong enough to lift it – strong enough to put it back. Clothing. You should wear shoes before start the training. No loitering. Avoid unnecessary standing in training areas when not exercising. Bring a towel. Be considerate. Please act sensibly and responsibly – no swearing or inappropriate volume. Anyone not adhering to this may be asked to leave or have their membership terminated.
