🔥 **Tug of War Training with a Tyre! 🛞💪🪢**

Simple equipment, serious work!

Tyre resistance is a great way to practise **steady pulling pressure, body position, leg drive, and coordinated movement** under load.

You don’t always need expensive equipment to put in a solid training session. Use what you have, train with purpose, and keep improving. 💪🔥

**Good technique first. Then add resistance.**
