🏏🔥 Inter-University Games 2026 – Cricket 🔥🏏

The University of Peradeniya secured a 6-wicket victory over the University of Jaffna in today's thrilling encounter.

The University of Jaffna posted 258/8 in 50 overs, with a brilliant century from Ashmika Iddamalgoda, who scored 110 runs off 138 balls. 👏🏏

Chasing 259, the University of Peradeniya reached the target in 47 overs, securing the victory with 6 wickets in hand.

🏆🏐 Inter-University Games 2026 – Netball Championship! 🏐🏆

The University of Jaffna proudly hosted the Netball matches of the Inter-University Games 2026, held on 31st July, 1st August, and 2nd August, with the grand final taking place on 2nd August.

After an exciting series of matches, the University of Jaffna and the Sabaragamuwa University advanced to the final, where the University of Jaffna emerged victorious to claim the Championship title! 🏆🔥
