And the news is finally out. We are more than happy to share it officially the first player ever to represent a Sri Lanka National team under any age group from Phoenix Tennis Academy is Shenuli Thimansa Wickramarathna of Sumedha College - Gampaha!

She made it to the Sri Lanka Under 12 Girls team following a rigorous series of matches in the trials. We wish the players and the entire team all the very best. A big thank you to everyone who supported in achieving this milestone.

Shenuli advances to the stage 2 of the U12 Girls Trials after winning all the matches in stage 1. In this stage she will face off the following 2nd-4th ranked players ; Thiyansa De Silva, Savinma Amarasinghe and Manuli Seneviratne respectively. Wishing her all the very best!
