After a short break due to the opening of the TEBA HPU Fitness Center and our busy championship schedule, it feels great to be back doing what we love.

Today’s session was all about rebuilding the foundation:
✅ Technical basics
✅ Intense cardio
✅ 5 rounds of Shark Tank rolling (2 × 5-minute rounds)

A tough session that tested our conditioning, resilience, and fighting spirit. There’s no shortcut to success—just consistency, discipline, and hard work.
