With every extended training session, our confidence grows stronger in what we do. At the Honbu Dojo Ken Zen Ichiha Wado‑ryu Kyōkai, Japan we enjoy every moment of practice. Even in the cold and gloomy summer weather, advancing through more training brings us joy, discipline, and progress.

Making more and more meaningful memories, rising steadily into the next level of personal and technical growth, all while honoring and preserving the Kenzen Ichiha Wado‑ryu Kyōkai traditions that guide our path.

Second day at the honbu dojo preparations for the grading test are underway, and it’s shaping up to be a truly valuable experience.

Kids at the Honbu Dojo , are enjoying a serious yet joyful learning environment, guided by the spirit of Ken Zen Ichiha Wado‑ryu Kyōkai. Their training goes beyond karate technique ,

it becomes a social gathering, a space where young students discover cross‑cultural values, build friendships, and grow with discipline and respect.

Before the 2026 Japan training, as part of our long‑standing tradition, we will visit Gangaramaya Temple to receive blessings for a safe and successful journey.

This annual ritual reminds us of our roots, strengthens our unity, and prepares our students spiritually and mentally for the training ahead.
