Squash & Health Academy Sri Lanka

Squash, Overall health & Nutrition evaluation and improvement for beginners/ Intermediate and Pros Nutrition will be evaluated by Dr Udangawa & Dr Weerasinghe.

Individual & group Classes are conducted by Damindhi Udangawa with the assistant of Nadindhi Udangawa. Both are Internationally certified coaches with a vast experience in both National & International arena. Are also attendees of Varsity Squash in USA in college level and have attended world open and commonwealth games in India & Scotland. If needed Sports Psychology will be provided by the assistance of Dr Liyanage.
