Challenging people to become better.

1:36 - Swansea Half Marathon 2026

After a 6-month Hiatus around Asia/Australia, + starting quite far back and battling through the crowds for the first 3 miles - I’m well happy with 1:36

My PB is 1:31 from a few years back but have never really trained in a structured way with running, just always ran when I feel like with no continuity.

Maybe this year I’ll try and get that illusive sub 1:30…

or maybe I’ll just stick to cappucinos

What a place to do the 2000th consecutive wild swim/dip.

Thank you to .harris10 for being there (and banana / baby / sisi / sienna) 🤍

Sunburnt AF now because I stood on the cliff for an hour without jumping - karma for being a coward

2000 DAYS OF DAILY WILD SWIMS (DIPS)

5.5 years. 5 Welsh Winters. Dips in Tiger Reserves. Jungles. Waterfalls. Ponds. Lakes. Rivers. Streams and some right scatty places.

26th October 2020 - 18th April 2026.

11 years ago I was sitting in a prison cell, thinking I’d never get to Australia..

now I’m here and have ticked off a huge milestone for my own little side quest that has brought so much beauty and value and craziness and beautiful humans and experiences into my life.

Today was both beautiful to be with some incredible friends, and the uncovering of a new challenge and fear. Not jumping off the cliff (while absolutely sensible to not do 😂) made me reflect on where else in my life I’m not ‘taking the jump’ and just standing on the edge in fear..

Anyway, that’s one for the journal - until next time, the show goes on. 🤘🏼🩵

(Thank you to for pep talking me for a full hour to jump - sorry about the sunburn and me being a wimp hahaha)

Byron Bay, Australia.

Seen dolphins, an iguana, turtles, unreal scenery, crystal blue waters and beautiful nature.

Pure magic. Grateful.

Dreamland Beach, GC, tomorrow, day 2000. Be there.

MASSIVE good luck to a very good friend Richard Jones on a fkn 200 mile run starting tomorrow.. 😂

He’s taking part in the Wild Horse 200 which starts at Chepstow and finishes at Rhossili Bay, hitting every mountain and big ass hill in South Wales on the route.

Rich only got back into running about 15 months ago and since then has competed his first marathon, then first ultra, then did the Pegasus Ultra Running slam (6 in 6 months), with a casual 100-miler and a few other ultras chucked in-between them. 😅

Now he’s tackling a 200 miler spread across 5 days. Absolutely wild.

Mega proud of you brother and I’m sorry I’m on the other side of the world and unable to make it 😖 but expect the usual motivational video calls when you’re in the pain cave 🤜🏼 🤛🏼

LETS FKN GO
