Flexibility isn’t just about stretching — it’s about deepening your relationship with your body. In this class, we explore strength, mobility, and awareness through science-based movement and mindful embodiment.
Each session begins with a short dive into the why of flexibility and a re-sensitization meditation, followed by intelligent movement practices that build sustainable strength and range of motion.
You can expect a blend of:
✨ Active mobility & end-range strength work
✨ Eccentric, isometric & PNF stretching
✨ Yin & restorative release to calm the nervous system
✨ Somatic awareness & breathwork for body–mind connection
Some days we’ll move dynamically; others, we’ll slow down and melt into deeper release. All levels welcome — come with curiosity and leave feeling open, grounded, and connected. 💚
