paddle and the flutter kick. Our professional swimming instructor will help you enhance your swimming techniques and master the following:

-Freestyle strokes.
-Breaststroke.
-Backstroke.
-The butterfly stroke and the sidestroke. From the age of 6 months till 60 years old, you are all welcome. We give special personal sessions for the "special condition" cases and elderly. Swimming is a healing process that targets the soul and reflect it to the body, we make sure to encourage the hydrophobic condition and help them gradually overcome the fear of water step by step.

السباحة هي عملية شفاء التي تستهدف الروح وتعكس ذلك على الجسد، لتحوله الى حركات بدنية متناغمة, نضمن تشجيع حالات الهيدروفوبيا (الخوف من الماء) على التغلب و التخلص تدريجيا على الخوف من المياه خطوة بخطوة .
