Praetorians School of Martial Arts
At Praetorians School of Martial Arts, our mission goes beyond teaching martial arts techniques like punching and kicking. We aim to develop individuals into better, more confident human beings who are prepared to face the challenges of everyday life. Our focus includes improving physical health, overcoming fears, and building self-confidence. Our unique curricul
um has been accredited for producing champions worldwide. Unlike traditional boxing gyms where students are left to "learn what they can" without a clear structure, we provide a well-organized program that systematically builds foundational skills. This approach ensures steady, measurable progress as students advance through each level of training. The school was founded by Kru Jad, who began his martial arts journey at the age of five, training in Taekwondo, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. As Kru Jad advanced in his training, he realized a common issue: many martial arts programs simply had students follow routines without truly developing their skills or making the techniques practical for real-life situations. Through years of training and studying with various instructors, Kru Jad achieved black belts in multiple disciplines and devised a unique methodology tailored to individual student development. In 2011, he trained with some of the world’s top instructors, gaining insights that became the foundation of the Praetorians Combat System. Upon returning to Lebanon, he established the framework for what would become a revolutionary training program. Since 2012, Praetorians School of Martial Arts has transformed lives. Students who once lacked confidence or strength have become leaders and role models. The effectiveness of the program is evident in its results—students who trained for just 4 to 6 months have competed in championships and defeated fighters with 2 to 3 years of experience. These successes highlight the power of a curriculum designed to build champions both inside and outside the ring.
