One of the most freeing things you'll ever learn:

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

Choose the path that aligns with your heart, not the one that earns the most applause. ✨

Most people ask:
"How do I stop feeling angry?"

A more powerful question might be:

"What is my anger trying to protect?"

Sometimes the answer changes your whole life.

𝗔 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The next goal. The next achievement. The next version of myself.

And while dreams are beautiful, I've learned something along the way...

𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼.

The older I get, the less I dream of a bigger life.

I dream of a slower one.

A life with less rushing.
Less proving.
Less comparing.

A life where I can enjoy my coffee while it's still hot.
Notice the sunlight coming through the window.
Spend time with the people I love.
And feel grateful for ordinary days.

Because sometimes, the simple life we overlook is the one we're actually longing for. 🌿

Just me, my coffee, and a random life realization. ☕🤍

If I could go back and talk to my younger self, I think I would tell her this:

You don't need to have it all figured out.

You don't need to know exactly where you're going.

Just keep taking the next step.

Because looking back now, so many of the things that shaped my life were never part of the plan.

Some of the people who changed me.
Some of the doors that opened.
Some of the dreams I ended up chasing.

None of them were on my original list.

And some of the things I cried over... some of the plans that didn't work out... turned out to be blessings in disguise.

Life has a way of taking us where we need to be, even when we think we've lost our way.

So these days, I worry less about knowing exactly what I want from life.

And focus more on becoming the kind of person who can embrace whatever life brings.

With gratitude.
With courage.
With faith.

The destination matters.

But who we become along the way matters even more. 🤍

Sometimes life gives us signs long before we're ready to understand them.

We write things, dream things, feel things... and years later realize they were clues pointing us toward who we were becoming.

The biggest shifts in my life didn't begin with a plan.

They began with a feeling.

A quiet discomfort.
A longing I couldn't explain.
A sense that there was another version of me waiting to be met.

Looking back, I think growth starts the moment we stop ignoring those whispers.

The moment we become curious enough to listen.

What is something your younger self knew before you did?
