This camp is all about helping you develop the KEY skills that you need to become a great basketball player.
You will learn the same critical and universal skills .These fundamental skills are universal for all levels. They will help you no matter what defense or offense you use. That's the great thing about fundamentals. They help you in all situations.
Footwork, Mentality, Post Moves and Finishing Inside, Perimeter Moves (The New Triple Threat), Guard Play, Ball handling, Fast Break Skills, Shooting, Screening and Cutting - Getting Open, Agility, Strength, Conditioning,Quickness, Plyometrics, Balance, Flexibility, Strategies...
Camp Details:
1)Starting: Monday, July 6, 2020 At 9:00 am (Batroun Village Club )
2)Ending: Friday, August 14, 2020 At 1:00 pm
3)Duration: 6 weeks, 3 days per Week, 4 hours per day (from 9:00 am till 1:00 pm)
4)This Camp is for serious players, Girls and Boys. (The camp is limited to a maximum of 5 players per basket to ensure high repetitions and improvement.)
