Here is our schedule for next week!

🌺 Our teacher Stephanie has returned to the US to visit her family.

💐 You have Deborah and Dawn taking care of you along with the addition of Vivanh who some of you will already know for her amazing reiki circle classes…

🙌 Speaking of reiki circle it’s this Saturday at 6pm. Booking is not necessary but it would help with the set up of the class, so if you can, let us know you’re coming.
⭐️ reiki circle class is 250,000 and not included in the passes but your pass can be used as part payment.

🫶🏼 All other classes do not require a booking, just come along.

Dear Friends,

If you’re in Luang Prabang right now, you will no doubt be excited to see one of the biggest events in Luang Prabang - the boat racing!

This event is not to be missed!!

Due to this being a great event which sees local vendors selling goods, roads closed and many visitors both local and international, Friday evening’s 5pm class has been taken off.

We hope you enjoy the boat racing.

Isn’t this just fabulous! 🙌

Our Yin & Yang class this morning saw teacher Deborah outnumbered - being the only woman in class! 😄

We absolutely love to see more men feeling comfortable stepping onto the mat with us. Yoga can often be a female-dominated activity, and we’re proud that Grasshopper Yoga has become such a welcoming and open space here in Luang Prabang.

Of course, we couldn’t survive without our girls too! 💚🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ We love and welcome every single student who walks through our door!

A new week of yoga is here! We have a lovely variety of classes throughout the week, including Foundation Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Dynamic Flow, Beginners Yoga and Yin & Bowls. ✨

While the Café Restaurant & Lounge takes a little break for our wonderful staff to enjoy some well-deserved rest, the Yoga Studio will remain OPEN! 🌿

✨ All yoga classes will continue as normal.

The Café Restaurant & Lounge will reopen on 16 September, and we look forward to welcoming you back for your favourite food, drinks and good times. 💚

Saturday 6:45–8:00pm with Vivanh

💰 Yoga classes: 200,000 kip drop-in
5 & 10-class passes also available.

Our 07:30 Foundations Yoga class welcomed a group of travel experts from Contiki Tours, along with 2 students from South Korea and 1 regular student from the UK.

Thank you everyone for coming to our class, we’re so happy you enjoyed it and look forward to welcoming you back.
