There are moments in life that remind you you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

To have the honor of being invited into someone’s journey—to encourage them, believe in them, support them, and witness their growth—is a privilege I never take for granted. Being part of something so much bigger than ourselves is a gift beyond words.

Watching confidence bloom, seeing hope return, and celebrating the victories—both big and small—fills my heart in ways I can’t fully explain.

When your work gives you goosebumps, touches your soul, and leaves your heart overflowing with gratitude, it’s more than a job. It’s a calling. And I am incredibly thankful to do what I love every single day.

Persephone I am beyond proud of you and your accomplishments. Thank you for letting me a part of your journey 💗 .ky .priv .vandenbroek

Sawyer has a chance to attend a vaulting camp in Alberta, but the costs are adding up. She’s worked hard and truly loves this sport. Your support can help her continue her journey. Please consider donating or sharing to make this opportunity possible for her.

I am thrilled to share that my daughter Sawyer has been asked to join her team at the Vaulting training center in Alberta, Canada this July! Over the next month all proceeds from my book will go towards supporting her travel and camp fees.

“My friend called R.A.I.N” makes the perfect gift for children of all ages.

Join us as we go on an adventure with our emotions and feelings. Recognize the many emotions we feel at any given moment. Allow yourself to feel your emotions. Investigate where in your body you feel these emotions. And learn how to be Non-Attached to them.

This Yoga practice is a great way to identify the many emotions children feel and where they feel them in their bodies. It allows them to be ok with whatever the emotion is and then to let it go.

R.A.I.N. is a mindful and nurturing approach to emotional intelligence.
