But what means the most isn't just the recognition of our studio as one of Asia's go-to international yoga studios, but how closely the description reflects what we've been trying to build over the last seven years:

ANNOUNCEMENT: To celebrate our 7th year anniversary, we've bought the studio, our members and our visitors a little present... brand new yoga mats from ✨️✨️✨️

Our studio mats are available for everyone to use and are included in the class. To help keep our new mats in great condition, please kindly note the following:

1. Please spray and wipe the mats after use.
2. Please leave the mats out on the floor to dry after wiping before rolling up.
3. If you are attending a hot and sweaty class or know you like a good sweat, please consider brining a towel to class.
4. Please consider wiping your feet before use - especially in summer :)

Rooftop Yoga X is back for our third volume due to popular demand!

This time, we will begin at 10am as the weather is getting warmer :)

Date: Saturday May 23rd

- 10am: Check-in
- 10:15am - 11:45am: Yoga
- 11:45pm: Vegan bakery treats and drinks in the cafe.

The yoga class will be led by Flow Room yoga teacher

The class is held on the rooftop of the new Plant Cafe Bakery, located in HBC, Itaewon. Please do not go to The Flow Room or Main Plant Restaurant.

What to bring:
- Bring your own yoga mat (standard size only)
- mat rental is available for 5,000krw, and must be pre-booked & pre-paid when booking at least 1 day in advance.
- Suitable clothes/gear for the day’s weather.

Tickets:
- 35,000krw per person
- Includes rooftop yoga, 1 drink and 1 vegan bakery snack from the cafe.

Location:
- 2 Sinheung-ro 3ga-gil, Yongsan District, Seoul (Rooftop)
(NOTE: This is the NEW Plant Bakery Cafe in HBC, NOT the restaurant by Itaewon stn).

Bookings:
- Comment or see bio link.
- Space is limited so only pre-paid bookings can be held.
- When registering, please be sure to include a valid email address and phone number.
- Payments are via Korean bank transfer.
- If you do not have Korean banking, payments can be sent via Wise to the same account. If you need help with payments, please contact The Flow Room.
- Kindly note we are not able tocaccept PayPal payments for this event unless by prior arrangement.
- 72 hour cancellation notice & rescheduling between the 2 classes applies.

"Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior is a one-hour fixed-sequence yoga class designed for busy practitioners, allowing practitioners to focus on deepening their practice through repetition. This 60-minute class aims to foster mindfulness, strength, and discipline."

> Friday 5/1, 9am-10am

Led by Flow Room teacher , this is a holiday special credit class. Members can use memberships and credit packs to book, or drop-in tickets are available.

We invite you to a Gong Sound & Movement Flow session, “Ocean Moon Wave,” where the story of water unfolds.

Opening with a cacao ceremony, surrendering the body to gong and ambient sound, we dissolve the boundary between facilitator and participant and become one, flowing together in a shared experience.
