If I organised it, would you join me for some community fun time where we get together and play through acro, yoga and just being?!
Been missing the sweet joy of connecting through play and acro yoga lately, and thought that summer is the perfect time for us to gather in the park (feldy ?!)
Maybe some of you don't know but I used to teach a lot of acro yoga, and I get the greatest joy from introducing beginners to this beautiful practice of playfullness, new skills and trust 🫶
