TEMPLE YOGA & SOUNDBATH TRIP🌱
*Afternoon edition - feat guest ._in_sept 🇹🇭

> Sat, June 6th
> Buramsan Station, Seoul

SCHEDULE:
> 1pm: Meet at Buramsan/Danggogae Station (line 4)
> A 30-minute uphill walk is required to the temple (guided)
> 1.30pm: Temple & Program Orientation
> 1.45pm* Tree Meditation + Yoga in the temple grounds with
> 3.15pm* Tea/snack break
> 3.40pm* Sound Meditation in the temple grounds

> 4.40pm* - Photos and instruments Q&A
> 5pm* Program officially ends. Participants are free to enjoy the temple grounds/mountain before returning to the subway station.
*Allow approximately 20-30 minutes to walk downhill back to the station.

*Times are approximate.
*If the weather is poor, the classes can also be held in the meditation room, with a wooden floor and beautiful traditionally painted ceiling. Sound meditation may be held indoors in case of windy or cold weather.

WHAT TO BRING:

*YOGA MAT (Pre-booked mat rental available)
*Suitable outdoor clothing & footwear
*Blanket for shade/warmth if required
*Water and snacks
*lunch (optional)

TICKETS:

> General Tickets: 55,000won
> Studio Members: 50,000won (Must have an active credit pack or unlimited membership at The Flow Room)
(Price includes both classes, tea, guidance & temple donation)

Photos taken throughout the event may be shared on Instagram & used for future promotions. All participants will be sent copies of the photos :)

> 1pm-1.30pm: 함께 산행으로 사찰에 도착
> 1.30pm: 오리엔테이션
> 1.45pm* 나무명상 + 사찰 마당 요가수업
> 3.15pm* 차/간단한 스낵 타임
> 3.40pm* 사찰 마당에서 사운드배스
>4.40pm* - (옵션) 사진촬영 및 Q&A
>5pm* - 모든 프로그램 마침
*지하철역 출구에서 사찰까지 산행으로 약 30분정도 소요
*우천시 실내에서 수업이 진행될거에요

*요가매트 (매트대여 가능)
*편안한 야외활동 복장과 신발
*덮을 담요나 따뜻한 옷
*물, 간식

>일반가: 55,000원
>플로우룸 회원가: 50,000원 (현재 플로우룸 수업 회원권이 활성화 되어있는 경우)
(참여비에 요가와 명상수업, 차제공과 사찰 기부금 포함)
