Grandmaster Frankie was once again invited to Simmern this year to lead Hapkimooyeh training sessions. It turned out to be another fantastic seminar day for all of us.

Two events this month that I’m really looking forward to. One of them is training Hapkido together in Simmern on April 18.
Een uur lang vechten tegen alle zwartgordels. Tot de tank helemaal leeg was. Lowie (16) hield vol en slaagde voor zijn rood-zwarte gordel in Hapkido. Doorzettingsvermogen, karakter en pure wilskracht. Op naar de zwarte band. 🥋🔥

Last Friday I was in Culemborg 🇳🇱 to support our club there with my knowledge and experience. Vechtsportschool Culemborg
It was a great training with motivated students and a lot of attention on the mat. Everyone trained well and there was a very good atmosphere during the lessons.
Thank you for the warm welcome in the Netherlands 🇳🇱. It is always nice to come together, train, and share knowledge.
