When you’re leading through uncertainty, fear doesn’t mean you’re weak.

It means your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect you.

The problem isn’t that your body responds to pressure.

The problem is trying to think your way out of a body that’s still bracing for danger.

This is why I teach nervous system regulation alongside leadership.

Because a regulated leader doesn’t make decisions from panic, defensiveness, or survival.

Another week
Another situation that hasn’t been resolved.

EFT works by bringing up or acknowledging the uncomfortable feelings or emotions; such as stress, fear, anxiety or disappointment.

Then acknowledging how we want to feel instead; hopeful, brave, calm. Many times while doing this the solution or another option appears. And clarity ensues.

Under pressure your options become limited.
