One year ago, Kelly joined KFG Condition with goals, questions, and maybe a little uncertainty—just like many women do when starting strength training. Through consistency, showing up week after week, and trusting the process, she discovered something bigger than lifting weights: confidence, resilience, and strength she never knew she had.

Watching her journey has been inspiring—not only through what she achieved in the gym, but through how that strength carried into everyday life. Now, as she begins a new chapter in a new city, we’re proud to celebrate everything she has accomplished and grateful to have been part of her journey.
