As we move into STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, the focus shifts toward endurance, work capacity, and sustained performance through Push, Pull, and Integrated Movement sessions.

Whether you're continuing from BUILD or joining us for the first time, every exercise, load, and intensity level can be scaled to meet you where you are.

Start the phase with a Visbody Scan to establish your baseline, then track your training, progress, and milestones through our app as your performance develops over time.
