U12A | KYSA vs Aegis

What an intense battle! We went 1–0 down in the second half, but Ninoh, our new midfielder, reacted quickest to a loose ball and calmly found the net to bring us level.

The match went all the way to penalties, where we narrowly fell 3–2. A tough one, boys, but plenty of positives to take. Heads up and keep working!

Support Her. Believe in Her. Let Her Play.

When parents support girls in sports, they give them more than a game—they build confidence, discipline, teamwork, leadership and opportunities for the future. Let’s encourage our daughters to participate, compete and dream without limits.

A supportive parent can be the beginning of a great sporting journey.

GYM & YOUNG ATHLETES

Gym sessions can play an important role in a young athlete’s development when properly supervised and age-appropriate. Strength and conditioning can improve balance, coordination, mobility, speed, injury resilience and overall physical confidence.

For young footballers, the gym is not about lifting heavy weights—it’s about building a strong body that can support better movement and performance on the pitch. Train smart, train safely, and let development come first.

Football is important, but education is equally important. To our young players and parents, let’s remember that talent can open doors, but education helps prepare you for life beyond the pitch. Train hard, study hard, stay disciplined, and build a future both on and off the field.
