Started Consistently working out mid last year, reflecting on the gains a year later, my general health has improved and I have more energy. Thank you to my friends for the support from workout gear gifts to daily encouragement and accountability from Kendy Kiecha.
You can start wherever you are, with whatever you have. A year from now things will have changed for the better. You can do it.
