Yesterday, 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝟮𝟳 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 reached that inflection point during their in-person mid-point session.

Mid-point sessions are not about content delivery. They are about integration. 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Guided by faculty Claire Wanjiku and Seintje Veldhuis Executive Leadership Coach, the room reflected a clear shift from learning coaching to becoming coaches. We were honored by the presence of our CEO, Maurice Matumo, reinforcing our commitment to raising coaches who influence leadership cultures responsibly and ethically.

This work continues to be 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 in the founding vision of Eileen Laskar, MCC, Executive Leadership Coach- 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲.
