𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫. 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

One question I get all the time is:

“Can I eat carbs for dinner?”

My answer?Sometimes yes. Sometimes no.

This is not because carbs suddenly become “bad” after 6 p.m., but because nutrition is far more intelligent than that.

The better questions are:

• What is your goal?

• How active has your day been?

• Are you heading to a night shift?

• Did you just finish a workout?

• Are you breastfeeding?

• Are you trying to lose weight or maintain it?

• Will you be fasting after dinner?

• How hungry are you, really?

• How much are you eating?

Notice something?The conversation isn’t just “Can I have sweet potatoes?”

It’s “Does this meal make sense for my body, today?”

The same plate can be perfect for one person and completely inappropriate for another.

That’s why I don’t teach women to fear foods.I teach them how to make food decisions.

Because once you understand why you’re eating something, you no longer need random food rules from the internet.

You become confident enough to build a plate that works for your life, not someone else’s.

That’s intentional wellness ❤️
